Our Crimson Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course content is delivered in a blended format with an instructor introduction component, online material access, study hall sessions, private coaching session options, in-class 5 day simulation practice, practice testing and online final exam testing. Each participant must propose and receive instructor approval of a real work application project to be worked through to completion during the course term. Blackboard Collaborate is utilized for instructor study hall sessions and private coaching sessions.

Dianna Smith Rockett, MBA, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, is President and CEO of Donald E. Smith Associates, Inc., a business management consulting firm specializing in process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma Methodology. She is a multi-talented consultant and senior management leader with over 30 years of experience working in industry. She is a dynamic, energetic individual whose expertise in understanding and managing the dynamics of change has saved companies millions of dollars. Ms. Smith is skilled at applying Six Sigma and Total Quality Management principles to corporate process improvement initiatives and meeting facilitation, interventions, project management, team participation, strategic planning, training development and delivery.

Dianna Rockett has successfully delivered Lean Six Sigma training and consulting to multiple industries, including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, .and even higher education. She is uniquely qualified in working with the higher education industry, having worked with The University of Alabama for 5+ years in training and implementing Six Sigma process improvement concepts, resulting in 36 Green Belts, 8 Black Belts, and over $8 million in process improvements.

She is a Cum Laude graduate of UAB in Business Management and a member of both the Golden Key National Honor Society and the Beta Gamma Sigma National Business Honor Society.
