Advanced class: " Residential Mold Inspections, Sampling, and Data Interpretation"

This course covers advanced concepts in inspecting residential properties, sample collection methods, and methods for interpreting mold samples. The use of IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Condition Areas in the inspection process, remediation and clearance criteria, and a comparison of the methods used for collecting and interpreting mold samples will be discussed. The first day will include discussions on residential inspection and remediation topics. The second day will focus on a comparison of sample collection and data interpretation methods.
