Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate Program

Program Description

This training will provide you with a set of proven methods and tools for working through the DMAIC process.

  • Define - what needs to be improved
  • Measure - what you are currently doing
  • Analyze - the data and develop an improvement plan
  • Improve - your current process and measure success
  • Control - the gains and repeat the process

This certificate program is to be completed in four separate weeks of training. It offers the opportunity for you to complete the program within a few months or over a period of two years. The Black Belt Certificate Program requires you to complete a Six Sigma Black Belt Application Project. The project must be approved by the instructor and and completed before certification can be awarded.

Laptop computers and Minitab Statistical software will be provided for the Black Belt workshops. Instructors will be available for consultation on projects during class time. Additional consultation may be arranged through Donna Keene at 205-348-6513,
